ITIL stands for IT Infrastructure Library. It is a number of guidelines for delivering high-quality IT services in a structured manner. HelpDesk already supports several processes included in the ITIL guidelines through functions such as the SLA (Service Level Agreements) and classifications. We are now able to provide certified consulting services to assist our customers in the adaptation of their support processes to ITIL standards.
HelpDesk currently supports the following ITIL processes: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management and Service Asset and Configuration Management.
Over the coming months we will continue to expand our support for ITIL processes in Artologik HelpDesk.
