Reports in CoursePlan

There is a big variety of reports in CoursePlan all offering you a good overview, whatever you wish to see.

Participants

Participants

The report Participants lets you search for courses and go straight to their participant lists.

The following selection can be made:

  • Search – type the entire course code or a part of it
  • Course start – search for courses which start within a certain period
  • Course template – search for courses based on a certain course template
  • Status –standard value is Active, but you can also choose Completed, Invoiced or Archived Categories –search for courses belonging to a certain category

The courses matching your search is listed and can be printed or exported to Excel.

Participant statistics

The report is specially designed to simplify the monthly reporting to Statistics Sweden. In the report participants from courses where the participant list has been confirmed are listed.

The report is easily exported to Excel.

Statistics

Use the report Statistics in order to generate report data regarding course templates and courses. The report consists of three sub reports: Course overview, Active courses and Completed courses.

The following selection can be made:

  • Date – search for courses starting within a certain period
  • Course template – search for courses based on a certain course template
  • Categories – search for courses belonging to a certain category.

The reports can be printed and exported to Excel.

Price

The report Price shows cost per organisation and participant, based on the price per participant stated for the course.

The reportlists the courses grouped by organisation and the course template which they are based on. For each course the report shows name, national insurance number and price for each participant. You can also see the total number of participants and the total cost for them, for each course as well as on each organisation.

Meeting report (ESF)

Meeting report

This report is specially designed in order to facilitate the reporting of ESF projects to ESF.

The report shows the occasions which have taken place or occasions that will be taking place during a certain time period.

The report can be printed or exported to Excel.

Time/cost breakdown

This report shows the number of hours that participants have been present during a certain time period, as well as the total cost for each group level.

You can choose to group the report after participants, organisation, month, main category, gender, course and cost centre.

The report can be printed or exported to Excel.

Invoice statistics

The Invoice statistics report shows the cost per organisation and participant, based on the cost per participant that was set for the course.

The following selections can be made:

  • Search – enter a complete or partial course code
  • First meeting date – search for courses starting within a given period by specifying a start date and an end date
  • Course template – search for courses based on a certain template
  • Status – Active is the default value, but you can also select Completed, Invoiced or Archived
  • Course categories – search for courses belonging to a certain category
  • Organisation filter – click the link and mark the check boxes for the organisations to include in the report

In the report, the courses are listed grouped by organisation and by the course templates they are based on. The report can be printed or exported to Excel.

Organisation users

In this report a variety of selections can be made when it comes to which organisation users you want to show: time period, participant status, organisation, group, course template and course.

The report can be exported to Excel.
