With our course administration software unnecessary administration can be avoided at the same time as the participants are offered a first class service. The program is web based and its report function gives you a great overview over the courses.

Astrakan CoursePlan consists of two parts: the administration interface, where all course administration is handled, and the public web site where participants can see and register to courses.

The software is web based, meaning the only thing you need in order to be able to work with the program is an internet connection.

CoursePlan is safe, stylistically pure and user-friendly with many electable functions. It is practically self-driven for administrators.

  • The calendar within the administration interface gives you a good overview.
  • It is very easy to create templates for certificates and you can easily choose the information you wish to be included. The certificates can be printed from within the program.
  • New courses is easily created from pre-defined course templates. In this way you do not have to enter the same information repeatedly.
  • E-mail templates lets you pre-define the e-mails which are sent to participants, as for example upon registration.
  • The report Participants lets you search for courses and click your way to the participant list for each course.
  • The user can in an easy and easily viewable way see the courses in the calendar. By clicking a course the participant is taken to the course page which contains further information as well as registry form.
  • The search function on the public web page allows participants to search for courses by entering a from-and-to date.
  • The search function within the administration interface allows you to search for courses from date, template, status, category etc.
  • The report Statistics gives you a good overview of the courses, either planned, active or finished.
