Länsförsäkringar needed a system that is easy to work with yet effective, thus making sure that no task is overlooked or forgotten – no matter how small. Thus they decided to invest in the HelpDesk trouble ticket system.
Apart from the basic system they also decided to get the HD-LDAP plug-in. The plug-in lets them set up automated import of user details from a central database to the helpdesk software. That way they can ensure that all the user information is always up to date.
When the system was implemented at Länsförsäkringar, an Artisan representative was there to educate the program administrators and to help configure the program settings. That way the implementation process went smoothly and the new users of the program received a customized training session suited to their needs.
