The City of Malmö selected HelpDesk for their HR services

The City of Malmö has set up a new service that will be responsible for all matters relating to human resources and salary administration. The department needed an issue management system to administrate all incoming requests and after a thorough evaluation process they chose Artologik HelpDesk.

Artologik HelpDesk met the City's criteria of user-friendliness and cost-effectiveness. The City also chose to invest in the HD-Advanced and HD-LDAP plugins.

HD-Advanced allows for grouping support organizations and customer organizations and HD-LDAP connects the trouble ticket program to the City's user directory server thus securing constant automatic updates of all user details in HelpDesk.
